Our brand is our baby, it's part of us. We had the idea, brought it into the world and now it's our responsibility to make it a success.
Where do we start?
First off, who are you? What is your brand in a nutshell? Are you a travel agent? Are you a fashion brand? Are you a restaurant? Is your content, imagery, brand, social media reflecting you as it should? Is what you're saying authentic and truly who you are and what you offer?
Authencity.
How are you setting yourself apart from the others? What makes you different? Why would a client or customer use or buy from you instead of another similar business? What is your USP? (unique selling point)
Uniqueness.
The one fundamental thing that links us all is communication. Our relationship with brands and businesses is exactly the same. Brands need to build a firm, long standing authentic relationship with the customer.
Connection.
PR or Public Relations is about exactly that, relations. It's about building and fostering mutually beneficial relationships between the media, partners and your customers or clients. It is maintaining a positive image and reputation that is cohesive to your brand or business.
Whilst marketing is a key factor in selling or promoting your business, public relations ensures that the business delivers what it promises and hopefully even more. Public relations is very holistic. It is having an open minded attitude to allow for fresh, imaginative and forward thinking ideas to enable your business to evolve. It's foundation sits firmly on a base of integrity and connection. External audiences and internal parties must be able to connect with the business or brand to allow for successful strong growth and development.
Communications ensures all areas of your business is putting out the same message. Whether is it the 'language', the imagery, the website, socials or anything else connected with your business or brand. Mixed messages could potentially confuse customers and clients and lead to the dilution or weakening of a brand. Language and connection is key, in short - communication.
Imagine a shop window that everybody anywhere in the world could look in. The window is the first thing anyone sees of your business. Would you allow it to be empty or messy and untidy? Or would you use the window to entice people? Present your business in the best way possible? Showcase or 'exhibit' brands or products that you sold?
Your social media presence is a reflection of your brand. Just like you are. You wouldn't turn up at a meeting in your pyjamas or scruffy clothes, then why have a scruffy social media presence? It is as integral a part of the business as you are. It is also a brilliant way to connect with people all over the world that could help and support your business.

This is the main logo that represents the brand. It usually includes the full brand name and any accompanying symbols or design elements. It's used on the website, products, and major marketing materials.
A simplified version of the primary logo, this variant often omits text or includes an icon that represents the brand without the full name. It’s ideal for smaller applications where space is limited, such as social media profiles or merchandise.
This standalone graphic represents the brand without any text. It’s particularly useful for apps or favicon designs, allowing for instant recognition and scalability across various platforms.
This variation focuses solely on the brand name, stylized in a unique font or typography. Wordmarks are effective when the brand name itself is distinctive and memorable, ensuring that the brand is easily identifiable.

"After years of working with different brands, I felt that a lot of PR was 'one size fits all' but knowing how a brand is born, from passion and a single idea..there is so much more to it. Every brand is different, it has its own complex personality, just like people. It's all about connection".
British sustainable clothing brand Bird + Wolf has evolved from a small home grown label into a global brand in just over six years. Now known as an iconic indie favourite, Bird + Wolf is worn by celebrities all over the world, including Tommy Lee, Kyle Richards, Claudia Winkleman and Sharon Osbourne. Bird + Wolf has firmly stuck to their rebellious vibe, not holding back with their edgy imagery. Their 'personality' aligns across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a strengthening individual and original identity.
BIRD + WOLF are passionate believers in sustainability. Our jackets are upcycled ex-army wear, embellished with personal statements chosen for you and by you. Made for hard environments, the durability and comfort of military wear is exceptional. Some are more distressed than others, some with a variety of badges, each one individual.

“Kinda helped us hugely with our online PR and social media campaign by opening our eyes to a huge amount of ready made content that we had previously completely over looked. With many ideas to freshen up our online image and shifting our focus to attract a vaster audience."
"Kinda takes the reins with all our content, social media, comms and works alongside us to ensure a healthy brand evolution."
In short, Kinda focuses on PR + Comms. The whole shebang. The look, voice and feel and reputation of the brand and the relationships is has with people, customers and other brands.
It is the cohesion of story and brand message and its evolution across all platforms, i.e the style of imagery, the branding, logos, packaging, merchandise.
It's customer relations, it's how your brand, business or project is seen, whether bricks and mortar or online.
It's the very essence, the foundation and the framework.
